Dusto and their teammate PhenoAn stole another players minicopter and were found attempting to upgrade it to an attack heli owned by another player.  Dusto was kicked, relocated, and a warning was sent.  A PSA was also posted in chat regarding the server rules. 

Dusto then found a players horse and decided to kill it.  Their second and final warning was sent. 

Dusto went on a tangent in chat, all players were advised that they join the server and agree to our rules.  They decided that they would rather steal yet another helicopter earning them a permanent ban.  

Pheno was given their first warning after stealing another players minicopter with their teammate.  When they were found they were attempting to upgrade the mini to an attack heli.  Pheno was kicked and warned upon their return a PSA of the rules was posted in chat. 

Player then went to a heli crash site and took another players attack heli. They were kicked so I could return the heli and given a final warning.

Upon returning Pheno immediately went to another players base and began killing chickens.  Given their chat etiquette, and failure to heed any previous warnings, it was clear they were only in our server to cause problems and a permanent ban was placed. 

08/16/2026 - ノヴチソク was warned for Griefing in English and Russian after entering another players base and clearing auth on the base owners TC, then authing on it himself and placing a lock on it to deny the base owner access. The warning included instructions to type /rules in chat to learn what rules he must abide by on our server.

08/16/2026 - ノヴチソクwas warned for Griefing again in English and Russian after I watched him ladder onto the same players base he had griefed 5 mins earlier. This warning made it clear he was on his last chance.

08/16/2026 - ノヴチソクlogged off for 20 mins then came back and immediately laddered onto another players base. 

In a short time ノヴチソク ignored multiple warnings for the same infraction which showed he is not interested in respecting the community or following our rules so a permanent ban had to be issued.

Received an F1 warning after they had stolen loot from a player who had completed a Heli Event, team mate had already recieved a warning so was very willing to interact with them properly in saying "They do kindly need to respect the rules of the server or they could get banned".

Whilst asking team mate to read my note and ensure they do know the rules and keep on happily playing TutiBit took it upon himself to speak in his own language with insults. Then to English mulitple times. Due to his speech and attitude he has made it clear that he does not care about his actions on how they affect other players of the Server.

I have recorded this interaction and issued a 3 day ban so TutiBit can reflect on the rules and to have a more positive experience in RustEZ Pure

Dog clearly joined our server with the best intentions: 

Dogs first warning was after inviting a player to their peen shaped base for a tour, they stole their attack heli and damaged it.  The warning was a general no stealing and other server rule breakdowns.  

Dog then moved onto another base where they built to gain access, emptied the players beehives and killed their chickens.  Their second and final warning was sent.

Dog quickly went to another base gaining access through exploits and took ammo from their mixing table and again cleared the players beehives.  It was very clear that no previous warnings mattered and they were just here to cause problems.  A permanent ban was placed to protect our players and keep the peace.

Player entered another player's base without permission and was going through their boxes when they were caught by the owner. Once called out, Angry Tooth ran away. 

7/7/2025

Player stole wood from another players large furnaces. Player was warned and informed that this was the second time they had committed this offence and any other infraction of this nature will result in a ban.

1/1/2026

Despite several past warnings, the player looted another player's dead body.  A permanent ban has been placed for repeated thefts from Angry Tooth.

08/8/2026 - kitsune was warned for stealing another players mini. 

08/8/2026 - kitsune was sent a second and final warning regarding stealing after laddering onto a base, looting furnaces, refinery and destroying a car. 

08/9/2026 - kitsune was found to have twigged onto another players base and stolen from their bee hive, composter and chicken coup. The base owner removed most of the twig before I could take images but luckily he missed two from which I could retrieve evidence images from.

kitsune was given multiple warns and chances yet continued to Steal and Grief which has made it clear that they are not interested in respecting the community or following our rules so a permanent ban had to be issued.

7/28/2026 - 'Superman fan DC' was warned after stealing another players Attack Helicopter. The warning included instructions to type /rules in chat to learn what rules he must abide by to play on our server.

8/7/2026 - 'Superman fan DC' was warned again after stealing another Attack Helicopter. I warned them in person and made it crystal clear they are on their last chance. 

8/7/2026 - Later that day 'Superman fan DC' was found to have taken the lock off of another players car using the base owners car lift and stole it, and looted the three players bodies in the base while they were offline.

'Superman fan DC' ignored multiple warnings for stealing and continued to steal. He had shown that he was not interested in respecting the community or following our rules so a permanent ban had to be issued.

4/29/2026 -  Initially Harveypup was warned after it was discovered he stole an attack heli and twigged onto several bases to steal from them. 

These were the evidence images taken at the time. In the days that followed when players reported thefts or griefing (twig on their bases) the investigation showed Harveypup's name on everything. As all these transgressions had taken place before my first warning they were all considered to fall under that warning so no additional warnings were given, but the true extent of this players harm to the community revealed itself to be serious and extensive.

05/03/2026 - Another attack heli was reported stolen and the logs show it was Harveypup. 

Normally I'd give three chances to a player unless a threat to the community appears to be too great. In this case I had to consider two factors.

1. How widespread the previous infractions were forces me to evaluate the potential scale of the threat to the community and the harm which could be done.

2. This second infraction was another stolen attack heli which tells me the first warning for the exact same thing was either unread or ignored, which in of itself indicates the threat of repeat activity.

Based on this I could not in good conscience allow what I can only judge to be a potentially serious and even imminent threat to the community to remain so a permanent ban was issued.

first warning- told a player they would craft them an item if they supplied the mats, then kept the mats without crafting the item.

Second warning- kept calling Player Fortntj a "FAT MOUTHBREATHER NOOB" in voice chat

Final warning/ban- Built wall around a players base to grief.
