bugs with pipes/connections/pumpjacks/quarrys

Some issues that have been reported to me recently by players (i have also had this occur with mine too at some point). 
1)  Pipes will randomly stop transferring & need to be disconnected and reconnected to work.
2) Connecting pipes has to be done in a specific order or they won't connect.
3) Storage adapters randomly vanish.
4) Pipes can be visible but are not really there (phantom pipes)
5) Inversely pipes can be invisible, but are actually still connected
6) Pipe colour defaults to standard colour when connecting to pump jacks
