Large stacks at drone station not working

When trying to buy at the drone station from a npc vendy it keeps saying "this drone station is full even though nothing is in drone inventory. Only lets you buy in tiny quantities like 3k at a time. Rather than what you would like to buy. Where before you could buy a larger quantity and it would be all in one large stack.

Think this is the same issue today with buying smoke grenades, tried to buy a stack just over 6k and got the same message, however when checked it still charged me 20 scrap.
