Patrol Heli not spawning into server on RustEz Pure AU

We can see the spawn command on BM for the patrol helicopter but not it is not physically being seen on the server. I joined today at 12.04pm, and there was a heli out that had spawned at 12.03pm. I heard that on the server.

I then geared up and waited for the next patrol heli to come out, which was due 2.03pm. It shows as spawning in on BM but I did not see a chat message nor did I hear a patrol heli around the map.

The 8.03pm patrol heli has definitely not spawned in, although it shows on the BM as spawning.
