Picking up Pumpjacks and Quarries turns them into stashes

After the new max level changes for pumpjacks and quarries when picking them up with a salvage hammer and placing them again it places the stash only.
If you pick the stash up it returns to your inventory as the pumpjack or quarry.

Only tried this with level 10 upgrades
