Pump Jack over night loses the upgrades I paid for

Hello!

This happened this month, I bought enough PJs to ugrade a single one to 150% The next day is was back to 80%, I just bought X7 more and brought the upgade back to 150% the next day it's back to 80%. Even though it not a ton of money it's not working and a waste of money if it doesn't work. All the upgrades I paid for aren't working the next day.  Can I get a refund or the problem fixed 

This is on the US Scourge server!
