Revive and hotbar & backpack shuffle bug

- Upon successful revive, items in player's hotbar are shuffled around and do not return to the same slots they occupied prior to death.
- Upon successful revive, items in clothing bar are also shuffled around and do not return to the same slots they occupied prior to death.
  
  The backpack swap typically ends in one item of clothing being dropped.
