Reason: Player was highly antagonistic regarding a perceived theft of  13 horses and some hemp at his US Pure base. 
The horses were completely unsecured as was the hemp.  Based on a bit of checking the horse appear to have all despawned, but not before eating the hemp planted against the troughs they were at. When given this information, the player accused the Admins of hypocrisy after being told he needed to secure his belongings. He was advised unsecured horses are public domain.  He gave more flack before he was muted in chat.

Upon logging in to EU pure today, player built in identical location as on US, and started harassing another player. He'd been warned, failed to heed the warning. He was muted while a ban was performed.

Player was highly disrespectful in some of his posts, and it was not tolerated.
