More Info: Player stole a horse from another player (fully kitted) - horse was near the player and the player called out that it was his horse.

Found the horse in a garage with FelixD sitting on it. When approached to discuss this he kept running inside his base (and outside when I went inside) and didn't respond until I had TP'd him back to me a number of times. He then started team chat and admitted to taking the horse and stealing from others (including a whole base). Showed no remorse whatsoever so ban implemented.
