Player was seen harassing other players, was given verbal warning to stop. Had to be removed from the other players base. Once advised of the rules a second time removed from the area, they returned to the same player to continue to harass them. Attempted to steal their car, and gain access to their base through exploits. Console warning provided, and same behaviour continued. Given not showing any indication of attempting to play, ban issued to avoid further disruption to the community
