More Info (Optional):  iAM ENi was first warned on 08/02/2021 for stealing from a players furnace and refinery.

 iAM ENi Was once again warned 08/07/2021 for accessing a players body bag and taking items.

Today I was called over to a players Heli tower to which  iAM ENi had placed a TC and took over the players building.  iAM ENi also made modifications to the build.

As this is  iAM ENi 3rd offence he will be banned from our wonderful servers. He was given numerous chances to comply with the servers rules and policies. He was aware of all the rules as 2 different admins at different times during his gameplay on our servers explained it to him.

I am so sorry I am still getting use to the server and play in numerous.  I went by and saw no door or TC and thought someone had abandoned it.  A lot of this is habit to from playing 100's of hours of the regular sweaty type servers.  Even when I took from a body it was while 3 people were there I was just watching to see how the server works.  I went to look at back pack and did my normal panic swipe it was not intentional.  I also took down doors and locks after Admin explained server rules to me as I figured I had done something wrong right after5 being explained rules.

I just built the coolest base in your server and spent about 20 hours I sure hope I can be forgiven.  I will promise to be the best community person and help with the rules by following rules and telling others.

At this time I want you to take a moment to really understand the impact of your actions and of what you did.

It is never okay to help yourself to a players belongings or build. Our rules are clearly stated on our servers join page, when typing /rules in-game, on our discord, on our website and from the many PSA's posted throughout the day/night.

At this time I will overturn your ban. Please take your time in reading and familiarizing yourself with RustEZ's rules.

● No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.
● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
● You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
● No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land.

If you have any questions or need clarification on any of the rules or policies please feel free to reach out to myself or anyone on the admin team or in general chat. The RustEZ community is a great and knowledgeable one. The players and admins strive to keep the community a safe space for all with rules and policies followed. 

Please bear in mind, this is a one time ban reversal. No further rule infractions can happen or your ban will be reinstated.
