Reason:  Stealing

More Info (optional): Player was kicked and warned earlier today for ban baiting, looting, and attempting to despawn another players items. They were informed of the server rules and that any other infraction would result in their removal from the server. They came back and 30 minutes later they were witnessed by admins accessing a base through base exploits and stealing another persons mini.
