HI Predator,

Unsure why i was banned for apparently stealing, I had one previous issue in which i took something i didn't know i wasn't allowed. I gave it back, apologized and then bought VIP and have just been keeping to myself. Butter was the one who initially spoke with me

I dont know what ive done as after that warning i didnt take anyhting. I assume you nothing was intentional. I am enjoying Rust PvE to relax and focus on building.

I also want to note that i never received several warnings. I received 1 and then stopped. No one spoke to me since.

Hi Hiiitman,

You were banned for continued stealing,  I watched you fly down to another players large furnace, loot it and then fly back to your base, you are not in a team with this player and the logs show you have been to this furnace multiple times.

Your previous warnings have been for looting another players base (1st warning) and looting a sleeper (2nd warning), this shows a clear pattern of ignoring the server rules.

I will not be lifting the ban.

Hi Predator,

That is incorrect. I flew to the large furnace to see if it had more slots before i built one, then i did. I did NOT take anything. I purely just saw one that was public and opened it to see the slots.

The sleeper i looted was my mate that i took his red card from so it didnt get stolen.

I have been a part of the community and have been helping some new players and chatting with the people online.

I plead with you to please review this as i truly did not to anything malicious and want to contribute. I am enjoying people being so wholesome chatting and helping each other and admiring peoples bases.

Just wanted to let u know Hiiitman was completely alright to take stuff from my body or base area as we are in team so please keep this in account  thanks.

Predator has contacted me regarding the situation. I have taken a look.

Your first warning was issued by Butter for going through another player's base.

Your second warning was a console warning issued by Predator for looting a sleeper. Now to stop the speculation, the sleeper in question is a known long time SOLO player on the server, who is NOT in any team, nor is he Steam friends with you. Taking stuff from a team mate (like the supposed red card) is not grounds for a warning, and not what happened in your case.

Your third incident was last night when Predator WATCHED you fly down and loot another player's furnace. You had the metal frags in your inventory, so this story of "...to see if it had more slots before i built one" does not fly.

There is evidence in the form of screenshots for all 3 offences.

So, as fas as the rules, and admin procedures go, you had your 3 chances and Predator was completely correct to issue the ban. AFAIK Predator is considering if the ban should stay or be lifted. A discussion was had between us, several other admins, and another head admin regarding this situation. I would expect the decision to lift or keep the ban will pivot on Predator's belief if you can be a valued member of the community, or not. So far, your actions are not in your favour.

TLDR: The ban was justified, Predator is reviewing, and will make a decision.

After discussing with the other AU Pure Admins and having time to review the ban I have decided that the appeal will be accepted and the ban shall be lifted. With that said, this is the final chance as if any more infractions occur the next ban will be permanent and without a chance for appeal.

My suggestion to you would be to review the server rules asap and if you have any questions regarding them feel free to reach out to me in either game or over the RustEZ Discord and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you have in regards to them.

Thank you. I assure you i am not there to cause grief etc. I wouldn't have purchased VIP if i was.
I just want to note that the only one i was aware of is the first one.
In all honesty i don't believe i took anything from that furnace or loot a solo player. I will review rules and make sure i understand and take extra measures to not even open anyone's inventory when i was usually there to check what people were running/using.
