I was banned for "inappropriate language".

Outside of my username, I can't see how I've said or done anything to warrant a ban. I've been playing for months and have interacted with several other admins, and I have not received any warnings or requests to "Correct" my behavior whatsoever.

After talking to my partner today, I realized why I was banned from the server. They had popped on while I was cooking dinner and had off-handedly mentioned that they had put a rather unsavory note in one of my friends' inventory. I assure you, it will never happen again.

We do not lift bans for language which has only one meaning, that being purposefully racist or severely derogatory. 

While we do understand that this language permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Pejorative terms and derogatory words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. This includes in global chat, on signs, and written on notes or sleeping bags.

You are solely responsible for what happens on your account. 

The ban will not be lifted.
