There is a plugin that allows all players to build with the dlc materials I think it would make the server more interesting as more people would use the materials to make cool builds

It's been suggested a few times previously that auto upgrade include the dlc skins and noted. For the moment players with the dlc and tc access can make a market for themselves by offering to upgrade other player bases (given materials and fee).
