Was called over by a player who was reporting a player was inside his base, offender had obtained TC access and was putting walls up to restrict the victim moving around in his own base.

Issued warning for griefing and given server rules command, player continued to attempt to get access to player bases with ladders. Kicked and warned again, and issued final warning.

Found evidence of yet another base that he had attempted to raid, so issued the ban.
