Came across player attempting to gain access to a player base, so verbally warned him and sent PSA in German, asking him to read the rules.
5 minutes later was found trying to raid another player base, so was kicked and again reminded to read the rules around stealing.
Now found evidence of another base he had accessed and taken items from in the last 5 minutes. So issued ban
