Harrassment from player name "zel"

I've enjoyed playing on the server for many years and loved returning after a fresh wipe. The mods do their best to keep the server and players in check when they're there like yesterday when the player named "zel" continued to trespass despite me warning this random player to exit. I've played and shared countless fun gaming experiences with different returning vip's and non vip's but sometimes I like to enjoy working on my base layout and focus on it alone. This player "zel" was i believe chat muted after i expressed how much he makes e feel uncomfortable despite asking him directly to stop speaking to me. I just got off the server because i was being bullied in chat by "zel" and i would assume part of the 40 clan he was bragging about. i can't play in peace he keeps shooting my base and finding way to harass me and mess with doors and .. i hope somebody hears me out. thank you

I think that this has gone a little too far here. 

I spawned in on this server for the first time yesterday. This individual was the very first I came acros after I read and agreed to the rules. I waved to this individual and tried to talk to them. Their base was completely wide open; no doors, no roof, twig walls, and missing a chunk of foundation. I didn't speak in Voice Chat, and just tried to talk to this individual, all while being, quite rudely I might add, told that I needed to leave, and I would be banned if I didn't leave because it was "against the rules" for me to be in their "space". 

At this point, I re-read the rules, and I do not see anything stated about simply standing near someone's building. Again, I was not in Voice Chat and have not used Voice Chat on this server. I was merely typing in text chat (of which, if this individual so desired, they could use the "mute" functionality, but alas, have not). 

I offered a number of suggestions as in 

1. Placing Doors
2. Placing Locks on Doors
3. Upgrading the foundation so you can't just literally walk into your tall base.
4. Adding a ceiling.
5. Not having steps outside that lead to every level of your base.

It was with this, that I was told that I was being a "stalker" and that I was making this person "uncomfortable" and that I was a "creep". To be blatantly honest, this is slander. Not once was I vulgar to this individual; not once did I inquire about any out-of-game information, nor was it ever inferred. 

Ultimately, I decided to build a base down the way on the beach. I pass by this individuals base to head to the Ranch, Fishing Village, to mine for ore and wood, Airfield, and other locations. Today, upon logging in, I decided to farm the road around Ranch so that I could acquire enough scrap for a Tier 1 Workbench. As I approached this individuals base, they came out, and immediately disappeared (I presume teleported home). After that, I was yet again attacked in text chat that I was a "creep", "leave me alone" "stay off my base" etc. Granted, yes, I did open the doors to their base (no locks) - but I did not enter. I simply stood at the garage doors until they put locks on the doors, and closed them. I then proceeded to farm the road, and was further informed I was a "creep". 

At no time did I request any other individuals to "harass" this player, not do any of my clan members play this server. I took a small break from a PVP server to experience a "zombie" server, and this is what I get.

I have shot arrows at this players base - 3 in total over 48 hours. You can check the logs to confirm - I was just screwing around and shooting arrows. 

I am vocal in text chat, which is presumably why other individuals have "complained" - but at no point have I broken a rule, nor "Harassed" this individual. This individual is taking things extremely out of proportion - and even referring to conversations I was having in text chat with OTHER players as conversations between them and I (The comment about 40 man clan was in reference to another player discussing large bases and hemp farms; it was not directed nor aimed at this individual, and is being entirely utilized out of context). This is hugely victim mentality.

I might add that this individual changed their name on the server yesterday from today. Originally, they were "Lena", and then "Lee Naw".

I was under the impression this "Lee Naw" was a teammate, or someone else just exploring the base, because the garage doors had no locks on them. I typed in text chat "Who are you?" and was immediately barraged with the comments stated above. 

I wasn't trying to make anyone "uncomfortable" at all, I was just asking who the new person was, and it wasn't until I received a reply and then read the name out loud that I realized it was the same person. After that, I kept walking and left.

As discussed it would be best to keep distance to play in peace for both sides.

Others can feel uncomfortable even though we are intrigued or trying to be friendly (not intentionally trying to harass.)
Quite often players come from situations (e.g pvp) to rest and play in peace.
Please leave bases when asked and leave players if they seem upset in chat. There's quite a few friendly players who will team up, invite you over for a tour or be willing to share a blueprint or dlc item, just ask in chat.
