Appeal for Ban – Accused of Stealing

Hello RustEZ Community,

I am writing to appeal the ban I received for allegedly stealing in the game. I understand that the rules in Rust are strict, and I want to take full responsibility for my actions. However, I would like to explain my side of the situation.

What Happened: I was playing on RustEZ Pure EU and had recently joined a team. In the heat of the moment, I made the decision to take items from a teammate’s base without their consent. My actions were driven by poor judgment, and I deeply regret it now. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the potential impact on my team’s trust and the community's sense of fairness.

Why It Happened: I want to be transparent about what led to this incident. I was feeling frustrated about the progress I had made on my own and mistakenly thought that taking some resources would help me catch up. I realize now how wrong that was. This wasn’t a calculated decision or an attempt to cause harm, but rather a lapse in my judgment. I know that this is no excuse, and I accept responsibility for my actions.

Moving Forward: I have learned a valuable lesson from this experience. I am committed to playing fairly, respecting the rules of the server, and rebuilding any trust that I may have lost with my fellow players. I sincerely apologize to those affected by my actions, and I hope the community can see that I am genuinely remorseful.

I kindly ask for the ban to be reconsidered. I promise to be more thoughtful in the future and to contribute positively to the Rust community.

i mean if your in a team doesnt that mean you share resources?   or was it more of a alliance kind of thing.

Hello everyone,

I was banned from the server: [EU] rustEZ pure pve | no decay | no killing | no raiding.
I understand the admin's displeasure, but there is an explanation for this, although it's not the most pleasant one. Yesterday, November 8th, 2025, I was returning to my base after days (3 days and 2 nights in game time) of farming. I had a full inventory and a full bag, and 2 coordinates from my base, I died to a crocodile.
I only had time to respawn at my base and walk 3 bases to my dead body, and I only found my weapon on the ground! I told the administrator what happened, and he said he couldn't do anything! I gave him the name of the player I remembered being near me, and he did nothing, claiming he had no way to prove anything!!!! I was outraged by the situation, and today I decided to seek justice with my own hands.
I know it wasn't the right thing to do, but the person who robbed me is still playing, and I lost all my progress of 3 days and 2 nights of game time!!! The administrator should be more considerate of all players and not just help some. That's why many players stop playing on PVE servers; the admins are only there for their friends or the favorite players who always wipe out.
A great example of this is that I was banned, and the person who stole from me is still on the server. Given that I have been immensely wronged, I ask that you please allow me to continue being part of the survivor, since the admin has access and I play there quite a lot, whether solo or with other players... I would appreciate it if this time you would show consideration for me, since it didn't happen during game time.
I apologize for my attitude, but I was very frustrated with what the admin told me about not being able to get my loot back.
