Player found to have been quite a prolific looter on the server this wipe despite the relatively short period of play time.  Player caught by another admin laddering in and stealing.  Player then today gained access to a base, managed to get on the TC and looted and destroyed items in the base.   When investigating I them came across a large amount of high value / rare items from a couple of players on the server.  A deep dive found that these items had also been stolen but not been reported
