A player had made a help ticket claiming to have been raided and had their TC permissions changed. After investigating it was found that TroYBesT was all over the loot logs, including the TC. The timestamp on the logs indicated that it was shortly before the help post was created. TroYBesT is not on the players team and the player who was raided was offline at the time indicated on the logs. After reviewing the notes we have on file for previous issues with TroYBesT, including a previous ban for griefing, I have decided its necessary to ban this player as he is not willing to play within our community rules and will likely continue to cause problems for other players in future.

Here you can see in the logs the player that was raided (steam ID redacted) is not on a team

This last image is the log from the vending machine, showing he is likely accessing the contents during the same time frame.

Is there anything I can do to get the ban removed and I really like playing on the server

Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban. 

Looking at all your previous warnings ranging from harassment, griefing and now raiding another players base, all happening over several years, shows we have given you every opportunity to do the right thing and play within the rules of our server. You have even had a previous ban reversed. It seems clear to me that you have absolutely no remorse and haven't even tried to apologise for your actions in your appeal, your only concern is how this has affected you personally. 

I hope you can take a moment to think about how your actions can affect other people. We all come together to play on these community servers for fun and enjoyment with like-minded people who just want to play the game in a safe environment away from toxicity. We couldn't in good conscience allow you to continue playing here the way you do, as it would give the impression that these kinds of actions are acceptable on our servers, they are not, we strive hard to keep the peace and maintain an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

The ban will not be lifted.

It's not that I didn't want to apologize, I did act wrongly, and I think there were several cases of people doing exactly the same thing I did, especially yesterday. If you look at the logs, you'll see that I had to help a player whose name I don't know exactly because there was a new player insulting people by pulling cars. I actually told him to make a ticket, but I still tried to help. In other words, that action of taking things. I apologize, I actually acted like a child, but I like the community, that's why I came to ask. Instead of not being permanent, be different. I can be punished, I don't disagree, but permanently and a lot. I really like the server, so please, won't there be another option?
