Player - shortly after his first warning. Raided another base and stole from a sleeping player, blocked him in by building a garage door with a lock. Upon asking him to again read the rules he ignored me. Then he proceeded to invade even 2 other bases and stole another attack helicopter and destroyed it.

This player has no positive impact on the server, therefore a ban was issued.
