The player was previously kicked for griefing and subsequently caught stealing from another player's base after attempting to access multiple bases. Despite being given a final chance after their appeal, their actions to steal a mincopter after their final chance demonstrated a disregard for server rules regarding player interactions and property. 

They were permanently banned for looting/stealing which violates the server rule: No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.

I apologize for an unintentional mistake. The aircraft was in the wilderness, and there was absolutely no one near it. It had no fuel, so I added fuel and flew it. I did not intend to steal it, and I did not know that it belonged to anyone.

Hi,

The only way you can obtain a helicopter is by buying it in Bandit camp. Every aircraft is from a player, they do not spawn. Only cars and motorcycles do spawn and if they're not locked you may take them if you put in the components.

 

Given you are fairly new to our server and Rust in general, i can understand why you might think that. I've gone ahead and scheduled your unban for tomorrow (24hours). 

Please, if you are not certain about something, the safer thing is to either read the rules once again or ask in chat or #help on discord.

Keep in mind that any future rule violations can keep you suspended permanent from our servers.
