Idea: new player tutorials

I know facepunch has its own tutorial in progress but I hate telling players what to do. This would in turn put less stress on admins and players would be able to get more gameplay

Don't think that could be done on Pure. Even then, if you don't want to explain then don't. Let someone else explain, like an admin
