To rustez staff i will like if possible my case to go to leadership staff thank you

Dear Rustez staff i wish to Appeal my ban on the Rustez AU Survival Server The Issue was that i had some TC's put up in the offending area without having any locks on it so anyone could have access to it and auth on it. This is where i think the miss understanding has been made. i believe due to me not putting an lock on it we both ended up Authorised on that TC in which the logfile would have shown what started this was the other player came up to me and accuse me of blocking hes build area and access to the river by a illegal bridge, without causing issues i wrote in chat " is there an admin on" Tidalsteak answer the request, i ask in chat if she could tp to me as i wanted to talk and explain the matter, she came over look at the bridge said it was fine and spoke to other player involve, i went on with my game while she spoke to other player, she told me that she would look into and get back to me i said ok To keep the peace and to try not to cause any further issues i went over to the TC's that i put up and had access too and delete them and the bridge and i went over to other player and told him what i did he said something i couldnt quite hear as i walk away back towards my base i truly believe that i did not greif the other player i would say due to my lack of locking it up the other player may of thought it was hes and we both ended up on it and after i thought i was doing the right thing by taking down the tc and bridge, after taking down the TC in question it look like the logs as greifing i would say this was a pure mis-understading and not an act to interfere with someone else game i have nearly 4 thousands hours on this server and was an admin on this server (only stop due to medical illness) thank you for your time and patience on this matter Nightstalker aka coldheartdeath

As the title suggests Au survival needs more active admins currently there only 2 admins Ace Ventura and Sweet Tooth (while ago there was 6 or 7) i know admin can be hard with real life , jobs and etc but the server needs more sure you can see on battlemetrics and logs but thats only where there was an incidents while there is no admins on some player go wild knowing they wont be caught eg camping areas, taking over the cargo ship and not allowing other players to contest it and when u do they yell at you saying we were here first, some people here will say im just having an cry well thats your say. But if people dont open up and say things like this the owners wouldn't know whats going on

I MR Demonic from AU Survival Server wish to appeal the banning action --> Offender: Demonic (76561197998352541) (561677495) Server: [AU] Survival Time: 12:50 AEST, September 18th Length: Permanent until appealed Reason: Harassment More Info: The harassment originates from two separate incidents: A verbal altercation in discord after an accident with a public patrol heli event An insulting message written on the ground with a spraycan at a monument on the first matter of discord incident starth a fellow player tag a public heli at the hqm quarry and started attacking it and i was in my garden planting crops and i posted in chat (should be logged in battlemetrics) could you please watch my base as it is next to hqm qarry down by the river and next min the heli started rocketing my base destroying my attack heli kill a horse and damage my base i posted again in chat please watch out for my base (again should be battlemetrics logs) as proof after having no reply i jump on discord and i didnt yell or scream as people said all i said was im not happy that someone took heli there where my base was and that it was damaged by it and the three people in there starth and sweet tooth and RONAu basically laugh at me saying that part of the game and i left i also contact Elixil who is leadership when the incident happen via dm on discord on the 2nd matter "The Spray can incident" the words """ hi campers """ was written i dont know how that word is "An insulting message" as it not targeting any person by name or nature i dont think either matter is worth a ban but i will say sorry to anyone who i have offend or hurt in the above incidents i love this server, i was an admin once on this server stop due to health issues if you guys approve this appeal or denied this there will be no further issues from me thank you Demonic

i would like death and fellow leadership to add a rule saying that player cannot build within 60 block radius for ur base every rustez server is pve so there no reason at all to build right next door someone base to a point where u cant even take a piss in ya base without thinking they are watching through the window 2) it stops you from expanding your base or putting down pumpjacks / quarries 3) if u put down too many tcs the admins tell you got 24hrs to pull them down or have a reason why u put them down or they will removed them but they are powerless if someone builds right door to you 4) i know its a game but they are also invading ur privacy 5) u could even say its borderline griefing which is against rustez rules i think this matter should be takin seriously and not laugh at

great idea but once youtube find it they blow it up and destroyed it like they are trying to do with the discord music bots
