(EU Survival) PVE ban for having fun with people.
Cyberbunny replied to Amenadiel's topic in Ban/Mute Appeals
Hi Amenadiel, Thank you for appealing. Players are of course allowed to joke in game, and there is no issue with that. However when the joke is taken to far and very inappropriate comments are made, that's when we as Admins have to step in. You were warned over making inappropriate sexual jokes towards people and asked to move on from the subject several times. You kept going and found issue with it not being received well by Admins, and players. The reason you were then banned, after reviewing your comments, making a threat to find an Admins real life address and come after him to kill him, will absolutely not be tolerated under any circumstances. It is completely inappropriate and there is no justification for it. You then proceeded to make more inappropriate comments to me in a private DM on discord. Due to this I will be rejecting your appeal at this time. I wish you luck in finding a server better suited to your needs. EU Survival Head Admin Cyberbunny- 1 reply

Hello PVE_God Thank you for appealing your ban. Words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter. Additionally, this is also stated on Facepunch's Terms of Service. https://support.facepunchstudios.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007485418-Banned-for-Racism-Homophobia Here are resources that you can explore to learn more: guidetoallyship.com https://guidetoallyship.com/ Anti-Racism Glossary https://guides.library.georgetown.edu/antiracism/glossary Anti-Racism Resources https://medschool.duke.edu/about-us/equity-diversity-inclusion/resources/anti-racism-resources You are solely responsible for what happens on your account, especially when it is through voice chat. We wish you the best of luck. Head admin Cyberbunny

Admins should not play on the servers they are responsible for...
Cyberbunny replied to IRON's topic in Suggestions
I have checked all the logs and no one is trying to silence you with their power. Considering I was in game last night during the interaction, which I was only responding to another players question and you were responding also. Which has been my second interaction with you in months. First interaction was responding in the help channel to your request, which as I have already stated I have been very unwell and couldn't access my pc to help at that time. Neither interaction has shown any form of toxicity towards your English or any disrespect. Regarding you asking about the base owner, here are the logs: 12:41 PM 09/10/2024 Iron: farm base owner at f9 12:41 PM 09/10/2024 Iron: plz upgrade your base to stone so we van take helis 4:53 PM 09/10/2024 Iron: who is the owner or farm base at f9?! Due to our policy and guidelines we cannot share that sort of info to players regardless of the situation. If you happen to catch them online and they say they are the owner that's a different story. I am not sure what else I can say on this matter if I am honest. -

Hello Iron, I would just like to ask for some clarification regarding your issue with myself (Head admin of EU Survival) and for evidence of where this toxicity and making fun of players has come from? Due to me being very ill the past few days, as I explained to you in #help on the RustEz discord channel a few days ago I haven't been online on the server until last night and even then there was absolutely no negative interactions between yourself and I. From the screenshots I have been sent and reviewing the chat logs it is clear that your issue is with another admin due to the fact that, firstly they wouldn't replace your low grade fuel after the server had crashed. And secondly, due to them not giving the information of who owned a base near your heli tower, which is against admin policy to disclose this information which you have been informed about multiple times from 2 other admins from my team. I am genuinely confused about how most of your concerns are now with myself (the head admin as you claim) as we have always had a positive interaction on the server, but if you do feel I have mistreated you, you can feel free to reach out to leadership on the matter. -

Please do not shoot upwards after you have landed in the spikes. It is possible to fall multiple levels which could get you in a wounded state. If you don't get back up, and die, you are out. If you fall and hit the next floor you may shoot the platforms above you if there are players above. However, if you are out of the competition, including in the spike traps but still alive, you are not allowed to continue shooting the platforms above you. This will disqualify you from future rounds. Prizes can be delivered to another RustEZ server upon request. Just a reminder that all server rules apply during events as well. Good luck, and have fun everyone!

Hello KnightStalk3r Thank you for appealing. You were actually banned from EU Survival not Scourge so I will be handling your appeal today. As it has been a significant amount of time since your ban, I am willing to give you another chance on our servers. Please note that this is a one time reversal, and any other infraction would result in a permanent ban. Take a few minutes before rejoining, and refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you. â— No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind. â— No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment. â— No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas. â— You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players. â— No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land. Thank you again for taking the time to appeal, We look forward to seeing you on the server. If needing any help once back on please ask in chat. Welcome back Cyberbunny
