I had banditcamp.com in my profile (i have now removed it)

i was playing on Au rustEz scourge PVE. i got kicked and am still getting kicked even after i removed the banditcamp.com out of my profile. Apparently my game name is banned even after i removed the banditcamp.com from my name.
