discord has multiple plugins to support a help ticket systems which moves the admin support to a private chat so that others are not interrupting you can also set it up so they have to indicate which admin team they need to talk to and then it will only ping the appropriate teams for the issue and remove the unnecessary comments from others should take the discord admin 20-30 min tops to set up fully and implement i have used these plugins on other servers and it makes it a better experience for everyone involved

i would love to see the card table rotate out to other things that could be more useful to some players. it could be like a toilet or a Geiger counter or a pookie or even a hobo barrel
