You keep moving the goal posts. First I apparently increased in size, then I hadn't decreased, now I didn't change the footprint, but did decrease the overall size. You are absolutely twisting yourself in knots trying to justify it. The talk of intent is crazy. I lost all my mats and had to start collecting so I could keep building, because you put me in some weird jail with no explanation. I wouldn't utilise the base until it was finished and, for the third time, not everyone plays everyday. Yeah, it was a big undertaking, but not even close to the biggest or most demanding on the server. This intent thing you keep bringing up is weird - you never raised this in chat and of course I intended on using it. What other purpose does a base have? And it was my only base. You can keep saying I ran away - I literally heard no voice chat from you and was building the base. I honestly thought you were just looking at the base. I had no reason to think you were talking to me if I couldn't hear you. Again, I hope people see this thread and your constant changing of stories. I think it is really telling. And for anyone reading, please note, this base is next to the admin who banned me. He has had multiple issues raised with him previously regarding other bases that have encroached on players and caused lag, but only seems to deal with those directly affecting him or his friends. Also note, the admin has raised a lot of issues in this forum that he never raised in chat. The admin told me to downsize and I almost halved the height of the base and was in the process of removing foundations before being put into some admin jail.

It's funny that your response has shifted from saying I ignored the direction to downsize to I didn't tell you what the intention was. I suspect that is because you realise your photos prove I did downsize. How can you tell someone to downsize, they do and then you ban them anyway? You're now trying to confuse the topic by talking about my intent. And yes, I did see you at my base but I literally never heard you say a word. I didn't run away, I was working in the base haha. You also keep talking about how I haven't shown intent to use it. Mate, I have a full time job. I do not play for hours everyday. Again, I don't care about the ban. I won't be coming back to the server anyway. I can see now why others are so frustrated though. Admins not dealing with server impact issues and then conveniently applying rules and lying when it suits them. Keep up the great work!!

How the person banning is the same person deciding the appeal is kind of crazy. We were in game chat and you never said it was a warning. It was a conversation between about 4 people. I really don't know how you consider that a warning when you sent me about 6 pop up messages saying it wasn't a warning (at least one of which came after our chat). You're pictures prove that your being deceptive. These have been taken across different days. We did not speak until well after the first photo and we hadn't spoken by the time you took the second photo. We spoke by the time you took the third photo and, as you can, the height is almost halved and the foundation has not expanded at all. I was in the process of removing more foundations but had zero kit because I was re spawned in some weird jail without warning. You also never asked what the intention was, and why would it matter? It was having zero impact on server performance. I also hadn't utilised it because I was still building the walls haha. I don't spend 8 hours per day playing, so progress can be slow from time to time. You are 100% on a power trip and don't like that someone has built large next to you. I'm totally fine with the ban, keep it in place. I just want to show how dishonest you are being, as proven by your own photos. Please now go deal with the bases that are impacting server performance significantly. And remember, you said you couldn't deal with other concerns raised by players because people weren't online. You managed to ban me without being online...

There is a lot wrong with this. 1. The reason doesn't make sense. It is not particularly close to a monument, it is not a large area of unused land and is actually next to the admin who banned me. It is on a lake, which as this admin told someone on the same lake when he built next to them, these sorts of areas are in high demand as the game goes on. The reason I was initially given was the size. 2. There was no two warnings - at least not two that I saw. I received several messages that stated they were "not warnings" and when I logged on, I did receive one warning stating to reduce the size of the building. 3. "Building more". I literally did not build more. I am not sure if you can access building logs, but I reduced the base significantly after I received the warning. I reduced the height by about 30% and the width by about 25%. I 100% did not build more. The message advised me to reduce the size of the base, it did not say how much by - I thought 30% and 25% respectively was more than fair, given I was told how much. 4. Although the reason for the ban is not the size, I still maintain the size isn't excessive. It was to be a base for about 6 people (the full base would be about 7 floors - lower than the height of the admin's base btw). The base was designed to not impact server performance with overcrowding of pipes, cables etc and kept minimalistic. The information provided by this admin does not match with what he said in game chat and is fundamentally false.
