Hello there, Yes, im the guy who had the attitude that was so tough to get him in such position, although i did explain my actions, i did not intend to say that im that disrespectful and i can't apologize. Given my sportsmanlike behavior throughout the time i was here, this was my first encounter and i had to say that the things i had to deal with did not make sense to me, which triggered me that easily and snapped me off. I am aware of the situation i got myself in, such high level of disrespect cannot be tolerated and when i say i know what the conduct is believe me i studied the whole thing, it's was just about how i reacted and i couldn't stop it, all i saw is answers being thrown against me and people that were not happy about me and i fully understand. Respectfully, i do apologize for all the chaos i started, this whole thing started with my spotlight issues and it shouldn't be escalated this far, i know it was only me who escalated it given my attitude but believe me i did not mean it and i've always given a word to myself to no affiliate with anyone to avoid such condition. My intentions was never to constantly harass nor challenge anybody. I was trying to prove a point and justify my actions but i guess it all went the wrong way. Yes i said a racial slur, but if you'd read it carefully, i wasn't trying to extend this chat, she was clearly trying to reach something and she even said it and well she eventually got it, what's a guy gotta do. And yes as long as i did something horrific i would at least explain why it did escalate, just like what happened with you That person was involving herself when i was complaining about that initial problem, and i simply dmed her just to tell her to stay out of it and whatever comment she made was unnecessary, there was no intention of me spamming someone or harassing in the first place. After the problem was already solved, she came back and told me to not dm her, and then she ended up extending the conversation, clearly she wanted to reach this point so she can complain, otherwise there was no point of her sticking around my DMs. It's a pretty childish play if you ask me. Rules or not, it was in DMs and it SHOULD NOT be taken to consideration under any circumstances, you guys were just looking for a reason that's all. And it is not valid, ignore this all you want but you definitely know that. And im not going to apologize for doing something i was pushed to do it. I had someone who texted me in discord dms regarding some issue i had a with a staff member the converastion did take turn in dms, not in official discord server not the game, he was involving himself and i told him not to do so he decided to jump back into dms and alot just happenened there Now i find myself perm banned for something that took turns in dms, not in game nor in the official discord I just want to know why i was banned when whatever happened did not take turn in the game

Regardless of my behavior of which i was sure it could escalate that far, i was trying to point out on bigger sources of lag when no one responded and was sheer indenial. I'm happy to be held accountable for the verbal incident occurred, good looks or not, that isn't my concern, respectfully. And finally, i hope the "Authorities" did have a final check on my the number of windmills / spotlights in my area in the meantime, i don't wish to have another staff member at my front door yelling about 5 extra spotlights or anything in that regard. To validate my point, i had a member who was at my place and no lag was ever experience, instead, he pointed out that the neighbors around me will experience lag coming from Abandonned cabins, which is relatively close to my grid

Hey there, I have been dealing with some sort of notice from a staff member that came a couple days ago, regarding my spotlights / windmills, i would say that number is pretty concerning but given the items that has to be ran by electricity, i could not find any other way, and nobody even complained from it in anyway, nobody ever reached out except for a staff member, TiffDust, who asked to reduce the number of spotlights, which i did, then a second notice came in today asking me to do the same, which triggered me in a way, given the server includes other sources of lag, such as huge bases or farms with tons of prefabs inside, which i did mention in my recent conversation with JediJess and it did escalate verbally, although i did point out to the other sources that causes higher amounts of lag, but the indenial was beyond obvious from her and TiffDust's end. I admit that i was offensive, but given the general profile, i haven't been sharing such unsportsmanlike conduct around, it only escalated because i could not comprehend the fact that i kept being bugged regarding something that isn't serious. In my opinion, which obviously none will take for granted, this was unprofessional from Jedi's end. Regardless of my behavior. I respectfully request a higher admin reconsidering the recent action taken.
