    How it Works: Ask for a "Tugboat" in "The Lounge" channel on discord. Razzleberry will spawn you your own tugboat to decorate on the beach in S25 on the US Elysium Server. During the last week of July, you will be invited to vote for your favorite boat. Tours will be held on Saturday, July 29th with voting concluding on Sunday, July 30th. Boats will be repaired daily by admins.     Instead of trying to load all community skins, maybe we should have people be able to add a skin by using their net worth to purchase them for use. So when you purchase a skin, a popup comes up and asks for the skin id. They can then use that ID to add in a skin for use (either RustEZ wide or server wide). If server wide is available, then prices can be set so that it makes sense for the server (survival costs more than pure).

Reason: player harassment, stealing and griefing More Info: Player banned after multiple minor offenses. Warning 1: Warned 1/26/23 - griefing other players and former teammates. Warning 2: Warned 2/2/23 - using another player's base for cover from heli and causing damage to that base (this was observed by Thaddy187) Banned: Banned 2/2/23 - Placed TC in another player's build and then continued harassment via in game (trying to repeatedly tp to) and discord after being asked to stop (and muted).
