Help players directly Answer questions, review reports, and help resolve issues before they become bigger problems.
Keep things fair Use clear rules, good judgment, and consistent moderation to protect the server experience.
Create community moments Support events, contests, and server activities that give players something to remember.
Work with a team You are not doing it alone. Head Admins, Leadership, and other admins are there to help guide you.
