Animals occasionally kill when TPing into Bandit Camp

If a wild animal is hanging out near the Bandit Camp TP spawn point when you are TPing in, it will aggro and kill you. It's happened to me about 3-4 times over the last couple of weeks. Is it possible to change the spawn point to a place where animals don't go within the camp or prevent animals from entering the camp entirely?
