  • Quarries not functioning correctly

    Have had reports from multiple players of quarries using fuel but not outputting resources. One player reported that after relogging quarries started to produce again at a normal rate but did not have the resources from prior use. Seems to be intermittent as I'm not able to replicate same result

    I was unable to reproduce this issue, however, I did identify a few potential instances this could occur and have added fallbacks to hopefully resolve any residual issues.

    Other improvements

    • Now writing from cache instead of prefetching instances

    on AU PVE scourge, HQM is eating my fuel and not giving loot. i play with eca.morcarn (it is working for him) from the same connection idk if that could  be an issue.

    did a full restart and tp around to check, stone and sulfur were working.

    Scourge PVE. Yesterday, before exit, I left in each of quarry 2k fuel. Today, I checked and didn't find fuel and recourses.

    Having an issue with US Pure Quarries not producing and fuel going missing.

    In case it helps you Death:

    - I went to the stone quarry In EU Pure and checked the loot, plenty of stones and metal ore (I have put fuel time ago).

    - I didn't touch it, checked the fuel storage, empty as expected

    - In no time I made space in my inventory moving stuff to the horse and opened the quarry loot again. It was empty.

    - I put some LGF in the quarry again and it started to produce from zero.

    Same issue. I put 2250 LGF into Stone Quarry last night and now there's no LGF or stone/metal ore. I just tried putting in ~10 LGF as a test and nothing was produced

    I can confirm the behavior on US Pure.

    Sulfur Quarry: Left 2400 or so LGF in it last night, nothing in it this morning. Added 30 LGF, watched it produce 60 sulfur as expected. Left another 3k in it, will update soon.

    Stone Quarry: Left apprx. 1800 LGF overnight, production right now as I look at it (YES, it is still there), 47098 stone and 5016 metal ore, roughly what is expected from my numbers from last wipe's production.

    HQM Quarry: Even with 3 pumpjacks, i ain't wasting fuel here. But I will be putting in 400 after I finish typing this, just to test.
    Edit: Just checked, As I'm impatient at the best of times. 73LGF remained, I extracted 327 Ore

    Will update if anything unexpected happens. Other than missing sulfer overnight, I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary from what I would expect.

    UPDATE: Right now, I just checked sulfur quarry. Nothing in output~900 fuel consumed. Did not log off server between checks, will leave 1k LGF inside for tomorrow

    I also just wanted to add that on the US Scourge, I left a little over 5k fuel in the HQM quarry before logging off last night around 1am MDT and today at 4:30pm MDT I logged in and had no fuel or ore. Thanks for your hard work!

    EU Scourge, not working yesterday, working today.  i restarted client and steam in between, but no idea if that had any effect, will continue monitoring to see if issue reappears

    I was still unable to reproduce the reported bug. However, I have identified a few other issues that may have contributed to the bigger picture. Let me know otherwise!

    Happy to report after logging back in a few hours after my initial report, all of the 5k+ hqm ore was in the container at the quarry. Thanks death!

    Same here. I took a look at the stone quarry and and my produced materials have appeared.

    Issue still occurring, however Ive now been able to replicate multiple times in a row on sulfur quarry. Unsure if coincidence or not, but if my focus is on the left fuel barrel, the fuel disappears. If my focus is on the right barrel it works just fine.

    Getting new reports of issues with quarries eating fuel with no output. Currently unable to replicate, but reports are recent (within the last 5 hours) & from multiple players. Sulfur is primary issue, stone reported intermittent, no reported issues for HQM.

    edit - now seeing issue where while in the lootable, the lootable disappears - sulfur quarry. Occurs with both input & outputimage.png.09536323688b3c5ecfacb8e097eba51e.png

    Still receiving reports that the Quarries and Pumpjacks are eating fuel. If there is something the admins can do to help test, let us know.

    I still have the stone quarry and hq quarry working without the need to put any lgf in it. Just sulfur needs lgf to work
