AU Survival - Players report receiving damage by traps

Seems that Bear Traps and Land Mines are getting trigged by players that did not place them, in a team or authorized on a TC. This also in deals damage to the player that triggers them.

I have tested other traps for example, shotgun trap, turret, SAM Site and that don't target or shoot at players.
