Auto upgrade downgraded base again.

I spent around 1,700 High Quality metal upgrading the top two floors of my heli tower to armored, and later set my tool cabinet to auto upgrade to sheet metal for the wood and stone sections still remaining. This downgraded all the armored sections of my base back to sheet metal. This happened to me before on US Survival. Presently occurring on EU Survival. Hoping it will be okay to ask an admin to re-upgrade my top two floors...
