[ezBackpacks] TQuiglez [steamID] backpack has been recovered. 47 datasets still in memory.

When i logged in i saw a message that said backpack items were recovered and in my inventory.... That ain't true though

Yep, same thing happened to me, but I actually had an empty inventory. Very odd

It may have queued you even if your backpack was empty or had no items in that backup.
