Good evening,
after receiving retraining for battlemetrics I came to the conclusion that I have 2 instances when I make a note on people. I've inspected these items within google chrome and I found that one of them is the original one as pointed out by Method and one of them is a separate server that even Granny does not have a clue on what it is at this current point.
Within the following screenshot you can see what I mean:
Hope the issue can be resolved, but it's not a major issue as I know which one to select.
