Ceiling Fluorescent Lights bug

Facepunch have made some changes to lights and sprinkler placement;

• Lights can be no higher than 1 wall height, they no longer provide any light  on 1.5 high roof height set ups.
• Lights will need to be placed centre to 4 planters intersecting to get max 2x2 coverage.
• Sprinklers cone of coverage has changed which means that they have to be placed on the ceiling to water down. (no floor or half wall placements)
