Chainsaw, Jackhammer durability at Giant Excavator Pit

Prob a game bug.

- Chainsaw durability depleted before a single tree harvested (proper amount of LGF used)
- Crazy8s tested a Jackhammer with same result.

We were harvesting near the Giant Excavator Pit. Discovered it only happens to the tools in this area on some   of the items tried to harvest. At base or near MilTuns, for example, the tools work as expected.
