  • Daily Log-in Choices Never Appear

    This has been going on for 5 or 6 wipes and I thought I'd finally report it. When I first sign in and am given 3 choices for the daily log-in prize, it only rarely appears for me. No matter how long I wait, they will never appear. I always just choose the middle one.

    I havn't seen any issue been working fine for myself every day on AU Survival
    I have also asked a few other players on AU Survival today and they all can see the images.

    I think it's only me, otherwise others would have reported it by now.

    Ok so I have got a few more reports of this and they are all players from the US playing on the AU servers so I suspect its a latency issue to the servers that are not loading the images fast enough upon log in.

    @Chinaski Can you confirm if this is a issue for you on the US servers or if its just localised to the servers outside the US where your latency is higher?

    That's what I figured. Twice now, I waited 20 seconds before "hitting any button" to wake up, and they've loaded in.

    I don't play US servers. It would likely work on them. I shouldn't have said all servers.
