Daily VIP drop not working

Hey Death,

On EU Survival the daily VIP airdrop claim has stopped working since this morning (was able to claim it last a day ago). Several people on server confirm the same problem, we get the automatic message to wait even though it has been a day since we claimed it last.

Also noticed that upon first login, we did not get the daily gift selection (to choose something out of the 3 options).
