Disappearing wood in refinery - US Scourge

I just went to add additional crude oil to my refinery that is already running. Five slots of crude currently in there, and one slot of low grade, so the refinery is full. Upon adding additional crude, with wood in inventory, the crude gets added and wood will disappear from inventory.

Same bug happens with a large furnace, but I can't replicate it with a small furnace.
