Doors not opening in monuments, door controllers not functioning

Players were unable to exit the airfield green puzzle room by pressing the button next to the door. The button appears to depress, however the OR-switch underneath does not show a green light and subsequently open the door.

Players are also reporting that door controllers are not opening doors in their bases.

The issue seems isolated to Pure servers; Survival seems unaffected.
