[EU] Scourge - fireworks not working

Fireworks do not fire - fuse is lit and sparkling, but that's it. Fireworks cannot be picked up with a salvaged hammer. Confirmed by one more player.

Server restart to fix it. Known thing. Fireworks limit reached.
