(EU) Scourge: Motorbike fuel able to be removed by any player.

We had a player on EU Scourge that had their fuel stolen, so my teammates and I unteamed and tested if that were even possible. We in fact found that not only were they able to take the fuel out of the motorbike but, when we had other random players try they were able to remove the fuel as well. I'm not sure if it's a bug but as heli and vehicles can't have fuel removed once locked it would seem this is an issue.
