Free daily supply drop not working

Appears that drops are coming down about 6 grids from where they threw them. I threw the drops in the SS on the stone foundation.

If you threw the signal prior to the restart it wouldn't have persisted through the restart. I don't recommend using them right before server is about to reboot.
