Getting killed causes the game to crash

Not sure but, because this is the first wipe that I have tried to live on a tugboat, I think that spawning onto a boat is a problem. This has happened 3 times, I get killed and the game crashes every time. It's the only thing that I can think is different with respect to dying from last wipe to this.
