Giant Excavator Not Producing.

I previously filled out a help ticket for this issue but was told to put in a bug report now.

So, I had diesel in the GE and was producing metal fragments. It was running and producing just fine. I put in a good bit of diesel and had to step away for a bit. When I came back, I saw that the output storage was full of metal fragments. I quickly collected all the metal fragments and discovered that the GE still was not producing anymore metal fragments. I then went and checked the diesel to be sure that all the diesel was not gone, and found I still had diesel in the GE that was being consumed. I went back to make sure there was not just a slight delay and still no metal fragments were being produced. I removed my diesel and attempted logging out, closing the game, etc and have yet to be able to use the GE since. It appears that the GE is bugged now that I let the output storage fill up completely. I have attempted the GE multiple times on different days since, thinking that maybe it would correct itself overtime, but have yet to get it to work. I can put diesel into the GE and it consumes it and have attempted reselecting metal fragments to be farmed, but still get nothing when I put diesel into the GE. 

I am hoping to get this resolved soon, as I use this in a cycle and currently am getting stacked up on LGF/Diesel. When the help ticket was put in it was addressed and changed to "Solved," but I have tried it since then and still do not get any output from the GE.
