If a player lands their helicopter (mini or scarp transport) inside the range of a tc, any players with tc auth can loot the fuel container of the helicopter, even if the heli has been locked by hitting it with a salvage hammer and redeploying it, also applies to non teammates.
Non teammates are able to loot the fuel container but not mount the pilot seat of the helicopter.
